Shipping policy
All online orders are processed and fulfilled from our United Kingdom office. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, but this could take longer during busier periods.
Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the Monday, unless it’s a bank holiday.
You will be notified of any fulfilment delays via email as soon as possible
UK ORDERS
UK 1st Class Signed for Delivery - £4.50 or FREE for orders over £20
Your order will be sent using the UK Royal Mail 1st Class signed for service and will be with you in 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.
EUROPEAN ORDERS
International Express Courier Service - £8.95 or FREE for orders over £30.00
Your order will be sent using either DHL, FedEx or UPS on an expedited service and will be with you within 1-2 days from date of dispatch.
NORTH AMERICAN ORDERS
International Express Courier Service - £15.00 or FREE for orders over £40.00
Your order will be sent using either DHL, FedEx or UPS on an expedited service and will be with you within 2-3 days from date of dispatch.
International Economy Postal Service - £7.50 or FREE COURIER SERVICE for orders over £40.00
Your order will be sent using the UK Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for Service and will be with you within 10-12 working days from date of dispatch. The service is advertised as taking between 7-10 working days, but experience tells another story.
REST OF THE WORLD
We will be adding services to other countries in due course. Please drop us a line if you are unable to select a shipping country at this moment and we will see how we can overcome the problem.
Please note that International delivery times stated above are provided by our delivery company and may vary depending on the destination and on local customs clearance procedures.
In addition to shipping costs, international customers are responsible for paying any and all customs duties and taxes at the time of delivery. We ensure all parcels are sent as gifts and with a declared value within the permissible allowance of duty and tax free. These fees are incurred by your local government and must be paid by the recipient in order to collect your package. By completing your order, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
If a package is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs charges, no refund will be provided.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All our delivery options have a signed for service. You will receive all the information you need to keep track of your order in your dispatch email as soon as your order has been sent out. We are unable to send your item to a PO BOX address. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please contact us at info@kenexproducts.com
We cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please utilise the tracking information in your order confirmation email to guarantee safe delivery of your order.
Additionally, you are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is correct; if an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we will not cover the cost of re-shipping.
